Dust Collector

To remove the dust or fine powder particles from reactor or Tank, a Dust Collector system is required . The dirty or contaminated air enters the dust collector through the module inlet and passes through a number of filter cartridges, which retain the dust particles on the exterior surface. The cleaning system consist of a solid-state programmable timer to operate air valves. These air valves deliver momentary burst or pulse of high compressed air through the manifold pipe into the filter tube. This push of air creates reverse flow of air to remove dust. The dust cake when pulsed from the filter cartridges falls directly into the bucket at the bottom where it is removed.
