Double Cone Dryer

Our range of double cone dryers are ideal for drying of free flow granular powder / crystals where particle attrition is not allowed. The shape of the dryer causes a tumbling action inside the dryer ensuring a gentle handling, uniform mixing and drying of the product. Shape of the dryer offers easy cleaning and is also available in sanitary (GMP) construction.

Vacuum dryer

In order to achieve rapid drying at low temperatures, including the drying of deep pores, in a way that does not damage the property of the product , specialised drying technology – vacuum drying – must be used.

The complete product will move into the chamber. The pressure reduce for so long the saturated steam tension is reached. The water will discharge through the vacuum plant from that point.

Most times the specific heat from the evaporating product is lower than from the base material. This material ensures that the temperature will drop slow or even not. The vacuum will achieve any part of product so the moisture will evaporate.
